During the covid 19 pandemic, doulas are temporarily banned from attending hospital births. *

 

A Virtual Doula can:

~provide information and confidence to navigate the hospital system

 

~teach you essential coping and comfort techniques

 

~give your partner the tools to coach you through labor

 

Most importantly we can still be present with you during your labor through video chat, text, or phone call to bring you the calm reassurance you need to have a peaceful birth.
